A 16mm film taken by Walter M. Cline Jr. includes less than 2 minutes captured while visiting Lovell Field. Military aircraft are on display. The US was just months away from entering World War II following the December 7th Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor.

The Vultee BT-13 Valiant was one of the most widely used United States primary trainers of World War II. It was more complex than the primary trainers and possessed a more powerful engine.
The Brewster F2A Buffalo was one of the first U.S. monoplanes with an arrestor hook and other modifications for aircraft carriers.
